This week was a little crazy, but it was also, of course, good. We got a new companion- Sister Packer! She is President Packer’s granddaughter, she’s from Utah and she is a really hard worker. She served here when she first started her mission. We are all adjusting to the three companion lifestyle well and getting loads of work done.
This week, all went really well. We were able to meet with a new less active family. They own an Italian restaurant and after we taught the sweet family, a brand new baby a young boy and the parents, we enjoyed a delicious Italian meal of pasta with shrimp. It was seriously SO GOOD. They were the big shrimps, eyes and all. In addition, we taught Sebastian and Natalie. They are both doing super well and Natalie is planning on getting baptised on the 18th. We are so excited to help her acheive this goal of hers.
Both came to General Conference this weekend. We got to watch the womens conference, then Saturday morning live on Saturday night then Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning live on Sunday night. We have not yet watched the Sunday night sessions. It was seriously amazing. We all received so much wisdom and peace from these talks!
Oktoberfest is finally over, and the city is calming down. It was fun while it was here.. but I am glad it is gone. lol We are doing well here! We also got to have the Passau sisters over for conference so it was 5 sisters for 2 days! FUN but CRAZY! I love those sisters!
